Customer is always right, again?

Speechless with the customers I met recently. It wasn’t this hard back home, with the customers. As far as I can remember customers were reasonable, demanding but reasonable. Here they simply take things for granted. Kind of make me feel that no matter how much I smile or how much I am sincere in my service its never enough, not unless if ONLY their ridiculous demands are met. I find some of them are delusional, making things up that I didn’t say or do. They don’t listen when you talk (perhaps I am boring) and when things go wrong its my fault. Oh, they only listen to what they want to hear, and when things didn’t go the way this delusionaled customer wants, its my fault and the thing that I find odd is, they try to teach me how to do my job.

Customer is always right?

Right. So are we doormat? I am considered lucky because I didn’t get the fuck word (some has for all the wrong reasons), yet, but the people I met so far are so ‘civilized’ I won’t be surprise if it happen soon.

Ladies, by all mean, if you want to complain go ahead but to be pissed by some samples? You ‘excite’ my day!

Feel like starting a camp for the customers to have their turn to become a customer service agent or something like that, let them feel the abuse or better yet let them see how ugly they look when they behave like a _____? (Fill in the blank yourself).

Although I know there are some nice customers and some SHITASS customer service agent, but hey, don’t take it out on the wrong person.

Seriously underpaid for this emotional abuse.
